Your egr needs to be plugged in to complete the circuit to the cooling fan.

I have gauges on my 6.0 and am waiting on my SCT...have you had any problems with your head gaskets etc?

Mine worked fine towing up a decent grade with 3500+lbs in 80 degrees. Might have to do with the SCT. It can be disabled which I did, and unplugged for the long haul. Best part about SCT is the transmission options.

@powerstrokejunky13 Thanks dude. The Harley edition grew on me, I just wanted black. I did have an issue getting both tires to posi, thats why it took so long at the start. Is that your truck?

I had a hg problem when I got the truck. My suggestion to you is unplug the egr valve or delete it. The sct allows you to turn it off but unplugging works too. I didn't notice any differences in drivability but you can prevent hg failure by having it off completely. After that no issues, ran great for a preloaded tune.
