This video is a tribute to Nick Adenhart, a pitcher for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. He was killed by a drunk driver in the early morning hours in Fullerton, CA on April 9, 2009. The night before, he threw 6 shutout innnings in only his fourth major league start, striking out 5 batters; Adenhart got a no-decision in his team's 4-6 loss to the Oakland A's. He was only 22 years old. R.I.P.

The song is "Gone Too Soon" by Michael Jackson from his 1991 album, Dangerous.

"Goodbye, Nick. Now you truly belong to the Angels." - Rock Morea

R.I.P., MJJ. You too truly belong to the Angels.

  • It is kinda ironic, but even if Nick had played for another team, he's a true angel.

  • @morgandynasty09 He was their #1 prospect you fucking piece of shit. And this is coming from an A's fan. I'm not saying he was mainstream, but he was well on his way to stardom. As much as I hate the Angels, it pains me to see one of their young stars tragically killed. RIP Nick.

  • HA! The killer and 2 witnesses got 51 years to life! YES!@!@!!!@. I guess there is something as justice in this world.

    RIP Nick Adenhardt

    BURN IN HELL ANDREW GALLO

  • Nick is in heaven. We miss you. Rest in peace.

  • He had a beautiful smile. I fucking hate drunk drivers. I don't understand. I think it's so fucking stupid. Why don't they just fucking walk. I know, three people died. May they rest in peace too. Baseball lost one of it's best pitchers. Time may go by, but he left a mark in every baseball fans heart. May he truly be with God, may he be happy in paradise. May he be the Angels in the outfield. It reminds me of this movie with Kevin Cosner. His backyard is heaven where his father is.

  • @morgandynasty09 its called a rookie dumbass

  • Yes. I remember a game he pitched back in 08!

  • no shit he was barely making his debut so he was practically unknown to the mlb
