I have one word for this scene...SHIVERS! I get them and start crying every time I watch it. Meredith annoys me sometimes, but this is one of the few times that I actually really like her - I am right there with her with the realisation that it is George and I can't catch my breath. I think this is best episode of Grey's ever!

i always cry everytime i watch this finale. so sad :( i stopped watching greys after that stupid musical episode they had.

@MrJordanAz2 it's actually really good again. i, too, thought much of season three, all of four, and most of five was no good. BUT the last couple seasons have been really good again.

The last 3 minutes of that clip was probably one of the most powerful moments in Grey's Anatomy I've ever seen. Especially when they put the ending screen on, just before she is revived. The music is incredible, and it always has been, and I think thats one of the strongest parts of Grey's Anatomy is its choices of music. Excellent show.
