It basically means ...
come embrace me ...we may or may not get a chance ever again in this lifetime...we are fortunate to have got these few moments together ... let's look at each other closely for me never again be able to do so ...come close to me coz i may not be able to come close to you in the future ..
Basically hassgaz the lady is saying that make the most of the moments we have together ..life may not give us a chance again

I simply get lost in this song when I hear that so never noticed it is there. :)
May be its the person who found this video I have just added that. Though I also beleive that inset shouldnt be there.

I've Heard this song in the great movie FANAA, and I just fell in love with it ^^
Even if I'm from France, I was touched by the soft voice and beautiful lyrics (which were translated in Fanaa)... I clearly have to admit it, Indian movies are the bests ever!!!
