@greeny202a Not at all, because Islam is encouraging science and the Quran is compatible with modern science (just look on my page, I have added a link to a free book by a non-Muslim author who has compared the Quran with the Bible). Christians in the US are mad because of the stam cell research, but just search for videos on YouTube using the terms "stam cell reserach Iran", you can see that even Muslim religious figures are encouraging the researchers by issuing fatwas that suits their needs.
