  • Absolutely will be including standing splits on the wall in my practice. It really lets me know if my hips are where they ought to be!!

    Like your practice! I have always been a fan of walls as props.

    Wish my wall space was wider so i could REALLY stretch out for straddle splits. Glad you are a fan of walls as props too- thanks for comment.

  • @NelsonYogaInversions Yeah, I know....I have about as much space as you do. My rental doesn't show good feng shui at all. I would love a full wall to the west! ;)
