Asgaard~Mournful Suite Of Dreams~Polish Gothic - Doom

ASGAARD's founder in 1994 was Bartlomiej Kostrzewa.
The first material from 1995 was demo "Excellent Darkness Art" which lasted about 20 minutes and consisted of 5 pieces.
The Demo was in a Doom-Gothic convention and got good reviews in underground and official music press.

After many personal changes in the band, in April 1997, a demo with their new musical visions appeared. Thanks to it, in autumn 1997, they recorded a debut album "When The Twilight Set In Again". This album was nearly completely set in sentimental Doom Gothic with Folk elements.

After the debut Asgaard replaced Ma³gorzatawith with the talented -
Przemys³aw Olbryt For the "Ad Sidera, Ad Infinitum",he Instantly made an impact on Asgaard with his incredible voice.


It was very clear that Asgaard were starting to
evolve at this point and had progressed
into gothic/symhonic black metal reminisant of Arcturus's "Aspera Hiems Symfonia" era or
Profanum's "Profanum Aeternum - Eminence Of Satanic Imperial Art..."
