材料:草魚肉400克、蒜仁30克、樹薯粉3大匙、碎冰
調味料:米酒1/2茶匙、鹽1大匙、糖1.5大匙、胡椒粉1/4茶匙、香油

做法:
1.魚肉放入食物調理機,加入鹽與少量碎冰,用高速絞成泥,再加入蒜仁與剩下的碎冰。
2.打1分鐘後再加入米酒、糖、香油與胡椒粉,成魚肉泥,最後再加入樹薯粉,用低速攪拌均勻。
3.魚漿冷藏2小時之後取去備用,煮一鍋熱水約85度,將魚漿放入熱水中,成型即可撈起。
