WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEMAND

1.The re-organisation of the Federal Reserve System, forbidding it to print any more Federal Reserve Notes, and that the Federal Reserve be placed under the Department of the Treasury, and be forbidden eternally the practice common know as fractional banking.
2.The Creation of United States Money in the amount of One Trillion United States Dollars, and other future fiat creations in United States Dollars as deemed necessary by the President, The Secretary of the Treasury and what is generally known as the Presidents economic team.
3.That the Department of the Treasury create an Emergency One Trillion Dollar Fund to authorize cash vouchers up to $30,000 per every Head of Household that has lost a job, or is unemployed TO BE GIVEN to any employer willing to hire within 90 days or less. The amount of the Voucher will be based on 2008 gross income.
4.Adopt the American Mortgage Reform Act. Clear the credit records of All Americans. This will be the year of the American Jubilee! During the Crisis, forbid interest rates higher than 4%. Demand that ½ of the First Payment be toward the reduction of principal and the other ½ be applied to interest. WeThePeople can then own our homes in 15 years or less!
