@jimajim As far as i'm aware, you may be mistaken. You should always go below parallel with a squat so as to include the whole leg in the movement. Doing otherwise will eventually cause injury. You should go as low as your body lets you. Listen to Mark Rippetoe. He'll tell you!

@mychalsean dont really have a weight goal for squats
just want 20 with 4 plates i want to keep my knees for a while longer so ill drop to 3 plates and bang out the reps 8 sets and you dont need the weight ..bench ive done 1 rep 4 plates and i dont deadlift did a 190kg but never really do em

@ arniemonkey lol no fuck'n way 600 for 20 not in this life time... Well then again you never know :-) do you have a goal as far as how much you wanna squat? Or is the sky the limit?! Also do you bench and deadlift?

@mrlatino187 ive just got 15 quid trainers from decathlon on so im the wrong guy to ask about expensive shoes lol cheers for watching though
