This is why people are starting to call the kids who do stupid sniffing and dosing hackers. Their just kids, crackers if you wanna give em a name. I've never met a hacker who didn't want to help security or wasn't for tampering to make somethin better. Not worse.

@banditer the one's who are really giving hackers-crackers a bad fame are those "script kids", those punks only copy-paste a script from someone else and pretty much end up crashing their own pc's.

I find it somewhat funny that they'd use fingerprinting forms that had English in them instead of ones using perfectly good Russian :-). So this is probably just another Cisco fantasy about how they'd like to see the police operate closer to home (at least in anglo-speaking countries).
