I hope to get a quality job at Boeing ... Cleveland and Ohio in general have driven all the good companies out. I think SC has a lot to offer. There are a ton of merits ... SC opens their doors to businesses and offers incentives. Ohio does not.

Congratulations, SC. The absolutely vampiric machinist's union here in Washington is learning a hard lesson from you guys: Why not to shit where you eat. Merit pay for this kind of labor is where it's at. When I hear about the union putting caps on productivity and doing other things to try to normalize the workforce it makes me sick to my stomach. Bravo, Boeing. You did the right thing.
