Unfortunately this is my best advice. Check out my other Synfig tutorials to see if you are following the same steps I am doing. If so, then perhaps you have a bug in the version you're using, and should download a different version (older or newer) from the official website.

@PenguinTutorialsVids in the preview it actually plays all of the frames, it's when I render it for real it only renders 4 :(

@PenguinTutorialsVids For somereason, when I finish downloading, the program keeps on crashing on me. It says that synfigstudio.exe has stopped working. By any chance, Do you know why that happens and what I can do to make it work?

The only thing I can recommend is to try an earlier version. You can access them here (take out the spaces):

did u draw the hand with the pencil thing?

I drew the shapes using the Bline Tool, which is usually just beneath the Circle. If you hold your mouse over the tool buttons, their names should appear.
