My favourite year ever! And I was there for the Gretzky era and celebrated all those victories, but those were expected. This run was magical and we went waaaayyy beyond anyone's imagination. Thanks Oilers!
Dude, it was phenomenal. I have a video somewhere of the CBC broadcast and you can hear the fans cheering thoughout and chanting, "Let's Go Oilers"!! It is frickin' fantastic!!

Said it before and I'll say it again - thanks to the Oilers and fans for beating the Wings in 06. Too bad they didn't win it all that year.
