wouldn't the white blood cells undergo phagocytosis on the it-101

the shape of vessales reminded me abt some thing ...Do u know why cancer is called like this "Cancer"... that's because the vessels suroundin the tumor " the crazy incontroled cells" make at the end a cancer's shape

How does IT-101 target only cancer cells?

It exploits the "shoddy" structure of cancer cells. The nature of cancer cells is that they grow quickly -in doing so their construction is poor. The cells' blood vessels are full of large wholes.
IT-101 is a large molecule which delivers Campothecin (that's the theraputic drug) . The molecule is too large to attack healthy cells, but fits right into a cancer cell.
