  • The volume seems very low.

    There is no date in the info, but he mentions Grenada and Gorbachev so I guess it dates after 1985 and before 1993.

    I like his idea at 12:15 and 14:05 of the need to move to stable peace because the alternative, deterrence, can't last, and the price of failure of nuclear deterrence would be rather high, and stable peace is the best way to create wealth.
