Hey nice car. I have an 80Z as well. Same color too, same engine too. Hah. I have the same Manifold too, but i have custome heads, they are no name / well built heads, ported and polished by a genious! Holly HP carb, 2.5" borla exhaust. I dont have any vids of it, but soon i hope. It is in storage now till i get back from Germany. Needs some tuning still. What made you go with the timing gears? I never liked the sound, too fake. But it is a beautiful car. I will find some pics of mine

lol. thats kinda funny. well the timing gears are better then a chain or belt. they free up some extra horses and they never get out of timing or sync by streaching or anything like that. pretty son ill be putting in a ne tranny and right now i just took off my exhaust. OPEN HEADERS !!!!!!lol. keep in contact when u get a video im intrested in your car. also ill let uk when i put on my new vids after the tranny swap.

Hey whats up man. Do you have an idea of how big your cowl hood is? I dont know if I want a 4 inch or 6 inch cowl. The 6 inch makes it hard to see and grabs a lot of attention from the cops, which isnt good (my cars already illegal because of my exhaust here in California). So Im kinda leaning towards of 4 inch. What do you prefer??

hey. first of all. wat kind of car r u driving. trust me that can have an effect on how the cowl hood looks. normally i go with the 4 inch because its not to high but not low or stock looking. also if you go too high you can offset the purpose of the cowl depending on the cars design and windshield.
