Molly Galbraith of www.redpointfitness.com and Girls Gone Strong Sumo Deadlifting with Chains. The weight was around 250 at the bottom (225 on the bar + 25-ish in chain weight) and was 356 at the top with all the chains! Definitely had more in me... especially if I put a belt on! Excited to see how I keep progressing with this movement...
