Since I discovered Karrin I rank her up with other favorites of mine like Diana Krall and Eliane Elias . Great voice and Talent;she of course performs all over but is based in Kansas City. I wish she would book here so I could see her since we are only 4 hours drive from K.C. and have some great places like the Walton art center The AMP and of course Bud Walton Arena.I'm sure she would sell out like Taylor Swift did.

When you listen to certain singers who are not so well known, Jackie Allen and Maria João come to mind, you wonder why, because their voices are so unique, so touching. What happened? Lousy manager? Not enough drive? Not wanting to be in the limelight, like Céline or Christina? I don't know, I'm just wondering! Of course Karrin is one of those. Unreal voice. Especially in Everything must change and The meaning of the Blues.
