For artistic and creative purposes, not all lenses are the same. Here I talk about difference in bokeh (the blur). It's a matter of taste and sometimes it's hard to see but it's worth mentioning.

  • What lenses do I use for a landscape photo?

  • @muhdryan Landscapes are one of the easiest photos to take. You stop your lens down and / or use a tripod when the light is little. Some lenses are better meaning sharper than others but when you stop down a lot like f/8 to f/16, the differences are smaller. Sharper lenses may not make much difference if you don't make large prints either. You can adjust things like contrast in editing later. Do you have the "kit" lens already and want an upgrade?

  • can i use nikon lenses on canon cameras ?

and which is better 50mm f1.8 from nikon on canon ?

or are the the same ?

    thank you

  • @kashko0osha122 You can use Nikon lenses on Canon cameras if you use an adapter. You will not have autofocus though and to stop down the lens you need an aperture control which is on the lens or adapter if you get one that has this feature. I prefer the Canon 50 1.8 over the Nikon as I use/own both.

  • Hello. Thank you very much for your help with the videos. I have a question. I have a nikon d7000 and I carry two lenses, a nikkor 50 mm f/1.1.8 and a Sigma 28-105mm f/2.8-4 for Nikon AF-D Aspherical w/ 1A. I starting doing catwalk fashion photoshoots and I need help picking up a new lens that can give me a better reach to the models. I have in mind the Nikon - 80-200mm f/2.8 ED AF Telephoto Zoom-Nikkor Lens. What do you recommend? THank you. I do need to get sharp pictures!

  • @quirogapablo1 I use the 70-200 on full frame camera. I don't like this lens on crop camera as everything becomes way too far. If you are shooting in AF-C mode, you should have fast motor in lens. 80-200 AFD is old motor. You are best with something with AF-S (ultrasonic motor) like first gen 70-200 VR. this lens is so-so on full frame though. The new 70-200VR II is better but more money. If you want them posing at end, 70-200 is too long and then something like 24-70 is better then.

  • i love this guy!!!!!!

  • stop that whistling pleassssssssssssssse

  • @TommyPh500d The 200 2.8 has better AF since it's 2.8. Image quality will be better on the prime lens. The zoom has more convenience. It all depends what you want and what you're shooting.
