This is the view of the westbound bus loading platform on the Mackenzie-King Bridge in Ottawa on the OCTranspo transitway during the afternoon "rush". The buses keep coming, and coming, and coming. A great slow conga line of buses snake their way through downtown. As a customer, it is virtually impossible to see the route number of the bus, unless you are standing next to it.
you should have set this to some music

If they got rid of the Express buses they could make more effective use of both the stations (where too many people are waiting for their express bus) and of the buses as Express buses are emptier than the 90 route series of buses. Surface LRT would be much more efficient and faster and you would not need to take 3 or 4 long escalators down to the deep DOTT subway stations they are planning.

Well, the guy who posted the video said in the description that it was virtually impossible to see the route numbers unless he was standing right next to the bus. So I thought he was saying they didn't have side window displays.

@utterbullspit they do have display screens in the right front window.

They need to install a display screen in the right front window so you have two ways of seeing the route number.
