A few dudes who think it's fun to poach coho out of Cedar Creek, a trib to the N.Fk. Lewis that is not only not open to salmon fishing, it's definitely not open to snagging coho in the ass, grabbing them by the gills, and throwing them back in the creek...WDFW Enforcement, what more do you need?
