You've got a short memory - Fares went up MORE under Livingston - 42% bus fare increase in 2 years, 25% in 1 of them. He lowered the fares 3 months before the election and then leaked emails showed he was planning massive increases if he was elected. Check the facts, they are readily available... then vote Boris!

Ken is an corrupt ignorant inbred whose sole achievement in power is to donate as much money as possible to any group with 'black' or 'ethnic' in its name.
What's that I hear, guncrime has fallen? What about knife crime? What about violent crime in general? Most people living here are pretrified to go out on the streets at night!
And with five children by three different women, he's useless on a personal as well as a professional level. Londoners, lets have a change...
