In this, the first in a new series of video Dharma talks, Danny talks about Buddhists taking patronizing, judgmental attitudes toward other Buddhists.

  • lol religion is patronizing per definition.

  • _/\_ to you Rev. Brother.... love the vid... I told you you would be a famous Dharma lecturer!!! Keep up the GREAT work!

  • Great talk, Danny! A very important topic, something which I hang my head in embarrassment over, as of course I've indulged in my share of superciliousness too. It's always good to be gently reminded to withdraw and consider what I'm unleashing into the world.

And yes, 'supercilious' is an AWESOME word!

  • Funny thing is, I’ve no interest in any religious practice yet I am still compelled to keep up with those that are…less know my enemy, I think, and more know where people are headed to. :)

  • great talk!! im just getting good in buddhism and i thought that all buddhist from different groups got along.. i guess not.. i agree that tolerance is key for unity amongst all beliefs
