the FINGER bandit

Another Left Lane Bandit story. Driving along, I came up behind a minivan which was pacing another minivan. I moved behind and saw no indication of movement. Slowly the van on the right began to gain ground so I moved behind the right minivan. When I was along side the left minivan, he noticed I was trying to pass and sped up slightly. I drifted left, close to his lane hoping a squeeze might make him back off, but to no avail. He then stepped up the pace of his fish stickered minivan so that he evenly paced the other van. I moved to the center, strattling the line between the lanes and just followed. A slower moving truck later caused him to shift to the right lane at which point, I moved left behind the pickup knowing he was turning left. As I passed, my wife said he flipped me off. We both had a good laugh although I really wish I had videoed him giving me the finger. I do not give the finger to people in traffic myself except under very rare circumstances. From what I've seen, drivers with those damned fish stickers are the worst, most obnoxious drivers on the road and the ones most likely to give the finger.

@bluecatky not sure what it is with the fish stickers but in Carolina this summer I got both flipped off (through a sunroof) along with a verbal "fuck you" from a woman with a fish sticker on her car who had 3 kids in the car. I guess she was pissed because I didn't let her cut me off. I think the fish stickers indicate their "family values."

@bluecatky I can't say WWJD however I can say, I wouldn't do what she did. Seems like hypocrisy to me. I generally try to be very courteous to others.
