1. Root Phone

2. Install Cyanogenmod 7 (Stable or Nightly build) - http://www.cyanogenmod.com/devices/samsung-fascinate

3.Download ICS theme for CM7 through marketplace - https://market.android.com/details?id=com.sonny.theme.ics

How did you get it installed on your fascinate?? I have attempted to flash clockworkmod twice with odin but both times I have ended up bricking my phone. I am able to unbrick in about 5 minutes but I would not like to make it a habit.

Is everything working properly? I am considering rooting and installing the nightly build of Cyanogen Mod 7 on my fascinate.

Also which root method did you use?

@jdornbos The only issues I have found on current nightly build as of 11/8/2011 is MMS doesn't seem to work and occasionally when you pick up a phone call the phone continues to ring in the background. But that is something very rare, and i believe it only happens when I have my bluetooth on. Again, it's something that doesn't happen everyday. But I like the nightly build better of the stablemod, stable is way too buggy. As for root, I used - SuperOneClickv1.6.5-ShortFuse.

@StealthAssassin10462 i had the same problem. flash clockworkmod 4.0 with odin on pda and dont use the rom manager ever. then u can go into recovery and install the cm7 zip file.
