Because most video recorders have sound and because a lot of Deaf people do use their voice for emphasis at times, even with Sign Language, when you make a face and say blow out air, it makes sounds. Makes it easier for those of us who study ASL to really get what he is saying.
I'd love to know what you're saying about coconut oil, but I don't know sign language. Subtitles would be great.
