The team at Handyman Matters undertakes another home repair project, replacing a damaged door threshold to eliminate a destructive leak. The final step in the threshold repair is to caulk the new threshold to prevent any potential future leaks. The culprit of the water damage was a leaking gutter, after cleaning the gutters, the joints were also caulked to eliminate additional leaks above the door.

  • pretty sure that threshold is height adjustable too, thanks for the video.

  • This is the exact project I'm attempting right now. The old one is too warped for the door to close with weather stipping.

  • this is a two in one video, good job guys
