Rondo alla zingarese (gipsy round), played by the Arion Quartet. This is our wildest, fastest and craziest recording of this piece to this date. We believe that Brahms intended this piece to be played like real gipsy music. Live recording from the concert in Royal Conservatory Gent "Happy Birthday Luc Deneys",1 april 2009. All string instruments are built by Luc Deneys, Gent. The members of the Arion Quartet are:
Mikhail Bezverkhni (Violin), Kristof Bastiansen (piano), Sergio Agreda De Ro (viola), Stefaan Bataille (cello)
