  • @markb16a where i'm from, its called a stitch and from what i know, its due to lack of proper warmup. do a good 400m slow jog, around 3min and some stretching and you should be good to go :)

  • when I run, right when I am running and I take any kind of water or fluid whatsoever I get side cramps on the right side of my body. Why is that? I pre drink before the race and when I do run I dont bring any water to drink because I will get side cramps right off the bat. And then I would have to take atleast a 20 minute break till it goes away. Anyone know why this could be a problem and how to prevent this? I can't figure it out.

  • doesn't drinking in the middle of a run give you a cramp?
