The announcer speaks in French, at the end of the dance he says, "Tres bien, tres bien". The dancers have an oriental appearance though. (close up at the end) not that *that* means anything, could be anywhere in the world.

At the end they were speaking chinese. cause they say Xie Xie for thank you. I couldn't realy understand the rest though lol but my mom said it was chinese.

Thanks gallya. Also dats007 for answering my question. Yes, the song is American and in English but I couldn't hear the announcer well enough to know what he was speaking, which would be a clue to where the performance is. The dancers are very good!

What language is the announcer speaking? I can't pick up on it? Where does this appear to be happening? These dancers are terrific and I love the song but I'd to know more. Anybody know? If anyone has played this lately please tell what you know. I am doing research on country line dancing.
