what a dippy fool , when you stand on the brake it's called a brake stand ...no burnout here, just a waste of tires to make smoke . perhaps you can't do a burnout .

@ddjernes ahhhh.... I see!! I will have to look into those!!
-
@SupraKid98 to hit 500 rwhp you need a gt35r really.
-
@ddjernes Well when it comes to the same turbo, like 5 pounds on a stock turbo isn't really going to make much, however, 20 pounds on that same stock turbo, will make quite a bit more power!! Its not going to be a top-mount either, so I don't think I would be able to run a T-88!!
-
@SupraKid98 Boost pressure is completely irrelevant to power. air flow volume is what matters. So if you have a t-88 26 psi would give you like 700hp. but 26 psi on a gt25 would give you like maybe 300
-
@ddjernes I found out I could run 26 pounds on the turbo I want, so you think 26 psi would make close to 500 wheel hp?
-
A bone stock SR is good for 400rwhp. what you are talking about is easily worth 450rwhp.
-
@z3nk1dr1ft I am planning on doing an SR20 swap too, in your opinion, what do you think a safe hp. would be on forged pistons, steel headgasket, valves & springs, cams, resurfaced block? I want to run at least 450rwhp on like 20-25psi... you think it could handle it?
Damn.
I have a S13.5 with a S13 blacktop, it's stock(ish) right now, but I have a PE1420 Turbo (GT2871 Size) 550's and a Tial 38mm going on there.
You have a fairly built motor and I have stock internals, so I'm a little scared to crank the boost up to 14lbs or so. Do you have any dyno numbers on your setup?
I might just keep it on wastegate spring pressure (11.6lbs)

a stock SR is good for 400hp. I wouldnt hesitate to run 15psi on your setup. We are pushing about 350rwhp
