Apple didn't break anything of his. He brought in a dying, on its last leg machine that could not handle the data transfer process. Not Apple's fault.

@betheperson1 Wether it is or not, I've no sympathy for this video. He didn't back up, and its really likely that he would have had to sign off on apple taking the computer. Like most tech companies, they legally leave the responsibility of potential data loss up to him, anything could have happened there. I wouldn't trust ANYONE with my data, Apple employee or not.
