You can view the convolution as the inverse Laplace Transform of Y(s)=H(s)U(s) where Y(s), H(s), and U(s) are the Laplace Transform of the output response, impulse system response, and input signal, respectively. DVDs are in progress and are based on market demand on selected topics.

  • thank you ..............

  • thank you... great explanation !!

  • woah, i'm so glad i found this!

  • superb....

  • Im not sure how to plot this in matlab, if I do the convolution of two functions when i plot them what should be placed in the y axis?

  • thanx drjctu u simply made it easier to understand wish u best of luck in future so that u help is more

  • how do i handle the convolution integral if the response h(t) is given as a function that is reflected about the x-axis while the input function x(t) is given as a pulse?

in other words, i have a box (pulse) for x(t) and i have another box reflected about the x-axis as my responce h(t).

    thx!
