@villalight11 Rogers, AT&T, T-Mobile and a bunch of others use GSM, which is a type of network technology, where as Verizon and Sprint use CDMA, another network technology, The SIM you see in your 9650 is for when you travel outside of the US, where Verizon can't provide coverage, that SIM won't work when your in the US, so you have to buy a 9930, instead of a 9900, the 9930 is designed for CDMA.

@villalight11 You will need to find a Verizon Bold 9930. 9900 (GSM) and your 9650 (CDMA) use different bands.
