@Robearwgl From what I can tell a set consists of 3 shots from each archer. They compare the number of shots from each archer that hit the gold circle. If you win a set you get 2 set points. If both archers tie then you get 1 set point each. First to 7 set points win. So if you were on 6 set points and your opponent was on 4 set points and then in the last set you got all 3 shots on target you automatically win because you'll get 1 set point from the draw and thus win the match.

maximum pounds is 60. and all top shooters, shoots whith what they feel most accurate. but all between 55 and 60. my self i shoot 57.1 and i know all fita shooters is about the same.
