The Department of Environmental Protection and the Regional Water Resource Committee are soliciting public comments on the Little Swatara, Mill, and Spring Creeks in the Swatara Watershed, which was nominated for consideration of Critical Water Planning Area designation, in accordance with the Water Resources Planning Act. Comments are due November 30.
