Considering that Cantwell was not drafted and that 8 of the starting 11 for VT's defense from that year were drafted, that is a poor comparison to make.

Chris Ellis #49, Darryl Tapp #55, Carlton Powell #99, Johnathon Davis #56, Xavier Adibi #11, Justin Hamilton #27, Aaron Rouse #36, and Jimmy Williams #2 were each starters that day for VT, that were drafted into the NFL.

cantwell is still on a NFL team..that does not mind haveing a UDFA as a starting QB one day..so he is doing fine..

Well, Willie Williams did a much better job, and was assisted by Rod Council.
