This is just a portion of the plyometric routine the Hobbs Eagle basketball team completes twice per week during the off-season. It consists of depth jumps, down & straight up, depth jumps to boxes, rapid fire through boxes, and bounding drills. The boxes used are (3) 20", and (1) 32". Press on!
