  • It's amazing how slanted the ref was toward Foreman, he took a point away and warned him numerous times yet Young was allowed to hold and punch and tie Foreman up through the whole fight and was whining thoughout the first 4 rounds. And the kicker was Young hit Foreman with 3 punches off of a break and the ref did NOTHING. What the hell man. I'd be pissed unless Foreman's corner was given a hefty sum to throw the fight. It is a dirty game.

  • @WVDave26 Also why in the later rounds when he says he is exausted is he pacing in his corner? That would be about the time you would probably want to have a rest and listen to your corner if there ever was a time. If this was a real fight Foreman must have just lost his mind.

  • @WVDave26 When hhe has him pinned to the side rope does he start throwing bombs to the stomach like he always does? No, he either kind of halfway throws his gloves at him or hits him a couple of times and then steps back from him. Since when doess Foreman back off of people?

  • @WVDave26 I mean can you imagine if Foreman pushed Ali away in the face like that? He had no respect or fear of Young but spent half the match just following him around the ring with his gloves in front of his face for no reason.

  • @WVDave26 Instead of trying to punch him he just tied him up so he could flagrantly foul him by pushing his face, ramming him into the ropes all while never punching? If you think that is everything Foreman could do you must be mental.

  • @WVDave26 So him pretty much not throwing a single punch for the first 4 rounds when he could have mowed him down in 2 seconds is everything he could do? He went through Ali like butter man I doubt he was scared of being hit by Young.

    lol

Don't be an idiot. Foreman did everything he could do to win this fight. He couldn't do it because Young was a better boxer.

  • In any case it is obvious George wasn't taking this seriously at all, he is doing things like walking over to Young's corner before the bell sounded, usually people who are too tired to even throw a punch don't keep their sense of humor going when they know they are about to lose a fight, I really think George already knew this was going to be his last fight.

  • I've got money Foreman already planned to quit boxing to become a pastor and used this and the conversion story after to do it. Young was a fairly nice guy I don't see why he would have needed to go so far over the top with the fouling and hardly throwing punches, never put any real effort into fighting at all. Even when he had him on the ropes he would pull punches or throw a couple of good ones and step back. Also if he is exausted why is he pacing in his corner after every round?
