The location is awesome, the condo's are awesome, the views are one of a kind. The only thing they screwed up on is that they didn't make any "social areas" like coffee shops, bars, or parks. Think about it, there isn't even a freakin Starbucks!... that's why it seems so dead. And because it seems so dead, ppl are walking away. Needs businesses n stuff, but I doubt anybody wants to invest more money into it at this point... what a shame. If they slash prices I'll probably grab one to hold on to

"Sterile environment"? Vancouver is overhyped strile town, I don't see going to yaletown makes much difference. Village full of a-holes and dumb unhappy people.

And those condos that sold - do you think anyone is living there. Just speculators and they are in denial. Panick will come in short order.
Meanwhile our wise government picks up the bill. Govts are broke...everywhere
