@brendonnz1964 do you mean we still have Mustangs here????

@XpvPro1 New-Zealand

woah, woah, woah, where are our Mustangs?
-
@huracan200173 5x5 is not an aviator, hez a brainwashed dumbass!
-
@FievelJ69 Is your skin made of steel?

@NeMeImpuneLacessit IAS and TAS are completely different at 36,000 feet TAS is arounf 500-550 knots even though the IAS at 36,000 feet may say mach 0.86, less dense air means the engines run more effiecintly, but at highrer altitiude less dense aitr also means less drag

@Dacrook same way a copper bullet drill/penetrates through steel like a hot knife through butter. Speed, Momentum, Energy!

@Merlin5x5 Actually the Mach number is a speed. But relative to an object traveling inside a fluid. The equation is M = V/a, where M is mach, V the speed relative to the fluid, and a the speed of the sound on that medium. That's why the number changes if you have a headwind or not, and if you're at low or high altitude (because the speed of sound changes depending on the air pressure, and therefore, affecting the "a" value).
Don't insult each other, that's not proper for an aviator!

incrível!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@diemuslimsdie1 "if jesus christ himself came down and said 9/11 was organized planned and executed by al-qaeda these dipshits would disagree"
The way they are, probably. Even seeing these things do what they claim they can't do, doesn't seem to change their opinion. And the WTC? If there were explosions in the basement, why did the collapse not start there?
They would rather ignore logical physics, and use (Truther) physics.
Fieve. ;)
@FievelJ69 They can fly this low and at this speed, by COMPETENT pilots.

@Merloser the very bad pilot. Aircraft such as the 767 cannot fly at anything like mach 1 at or near seal level. In fact, it's max operating speed in mach is 0.86 mach which is at cruising altitude, 36,000 feet or so. The less dense air means it can go faster at height but the measurement in knots is difficult whereas at lower altitudes the denser air makes such high speeds impossible so knots are used, (350Knots VMO), I'm not even a pilot and I get it, you fucking dense cunt!
