I now have won in the court of appeals court and Parker then wasn't happy so he took it to the Supreme court of Virginia, and on Sep 21, 2010 the Supreme court ruled for me. So I ask you two courts said this Judge was dead wrong and he is still on the bench!!! He dosen't know the law so he might be the Judge in your case! Then you could appeal your case because he is incompentent!

Please state if there is a petition for citizens to sign to impeach Jeffery Parker, the judge who seems to be a slime bag. The legal profession is a vile, criminal enterprise and judges are the worst of the shyster criminal-racketeers. Law professors are partners in this criminal racket as well. Crimes against the citizenry in violating their Constitutional Rights and right to justice and due process.

@gahpilotva Well Nancy here is our first step for impechment of Judge Jeffery W. Parker. I just put out another tape called parker investigation 001 and on that tape you will see the number of Sen and Del. call then and demand that an investigation be done on Parker. And then there is an address if you like write the JIRC and request them to do the same. If this all falls on deaf ears then I will have a petition on the streets for all to sign! But we muct given the elective folks a chance first!

we've got ANOTHER judge trying the same crap in Manships case. He stood up and objected at a trial when he witnessed an out of line judge, acting without statutory authority. the judge charged and attempted to prosecute him for "UPL" that day in the courtroom, after throwing out the case that James stood up for the citizen being victimized by the judge/bar members, she then switches - at THAT second hearing, her previous charge of UPL to "contempt" & formally begins proceeding against him.
