All i have wanted is some one who would understand and knock me into the right path. Im 13 and in 7nth grade. I stopped cutting in December and have started again. Everyone knows except teachers,principle,counsler,an­d parent. I just want to get help.. pleez tell me how. :'(

@SaleenaRose Well the best thing would probably be to tell some of those people that could help you. Maybe a teacher you trust or a counselor or a parent. It's going to be very hard, recovery always is... but the best way to start is to use your voice and speak up. Good luck to you, remember you are loved and not alone.

I haven't cut in about a month but today all my mom could do was yell at me and she even hits me sometimes... She makes me feel worthless and stupid and ugly, and sometimes I believe her. I just want to die, it seems like no one cares about me..

Sometimes our parents are shit... and I wish I could do something to help you with that... all I can say is to stay strong, try not to be down on yourself and think to a time when you can be away from that. Remember that you are strong and you can do anything. Keep safe...

I am Kelly. I've commented on this before. And I said that I might not be able to stop cutting but guess what, soon it will be 2 months since I last did it. Right now I feel like I have the power to do anything. Cutting is not the answer to anything. It takes away the pain for that moment and brings you joy but in the long run it will cause you more pain than it takes away and shame will kill you inside. I just want everyone to know that my inbox is always open. Come talk, let's stop this war.

I have a friend.. no a best friend, a really close friend that I would do anything for, he cuts, and it hurts me to see all the scars on his arms, they're horrible, I showed this video to him, he began to cry, but he also swore to me that he would stop cutting for me, thank you,

I started cutting when i was in year 7 and been clean every now and then now im in year 9 and havent stopped cutting. And only one person knows whos a friend, sometimes everything just happens at once you cant take it.

@kasy187 my parents hit me and scream at me too, and i feel the same way. i may be hypicrital because i havnt lasted as long as you, but theres nothing worse than everyday trying to cover your scars, try your best to stop, and there are always people that care, i care, i know its hard, but there are many that have recovered and i believe you can 2 :)

@muffincake96 Yeah dancing is hard with scars all over your arms- but my teacher is really nice about it and she lets me keep my jumper on when I ask :P x
