Dirty track? Not for long once you pick up this fantastic model. With a vacuum, abrasive pads, polishing pads, track brushes and wet or dry cleaning options, your track will stay in tip-top shape so you get the maximum running ability from your locomotives and rolling stock.

  • I'm going to buy one for my layout soon. Just a question, is there replacement cleaning pads sold seperatley? Or can the pads be cleaned?

  • Yes. We now have pads available for sale. I don't believe you can clean them but if anyone has had any luck doing so, feel free to pass on the hints.

  • When running the track cleaning car using a wet solution to clean the track ,does it make a difference which way the car sets when being pulled by an engine? Does laying the cleaning solution work better after the polishing disc or before the polishing disc as it wipes the rails with the cleaning solution?

  • I would run it so the foam pad is laying the fluid and the polishing disc can then clean with it. That way you're not letting it set on the rails until the car comes around again.

  • that is cool

  • Brilliant!

  • agreed

  • I am gonna get one and have a switcher push it:D

  • I wish Atlas would bring these out with fictitious paint schemes for every major railroad (fictitious because these cars don't exist). A little detail wouldn't hurt either! Like stirrup steps and side grabs not to mention some hose detail. After all this is a MOW operational car.

  • Dapol sells the same car but with standard OO couplers.

  • WOW! Cool video!

  • i wish they sold these in ireland and for oo
