Hello I am George Marcelo and I live in the Philippines. There are many places you can go to prepare for life. I am making this video to show you how to prepare for death.

What happens when you die? Do you go to heaven or to hell? The Bible, which is the Word of God, says: "...it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment". God tells us too that "all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.". God also says that "Sin is the transgression of the law."

What law? The ten commandments. - do not worship other gods - do not worship idols - do not swear using God's name - remember the sabbath day and set it apart for God i.e. go to church - honor your parents - do not murder (includes hating someone without cause) - do not commit adultery (includes looking lustfully at people) - do not steal - do not lie - do not covet (want things that are not yours)

We have all broken these laws. God tells us so. What will be the judgement: death and hell. God says "the wages of sin is death", and "death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death."

But God has provided a solution, by making His Son, Jesus Christ take the punishment, because God loves us: God says: "God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners,Christ died for us."

So how do you get saved from death and hell? Believe that Jesus Christ is (1) God the Son (2) Died in our place (3) Rose again from the dead (4) repent, that is, reject sin, turn away from sin
(5) Receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Thank you for listening, and may God bless you all.

  • I dont agree with rules ... how can god kill jesus for us???? his son ? is that a sacrifice? if yes then why we call for god ? . GOD WILL NEVER KILL ANYONE NOT EVEN HIS OWN SON FOR US OR ANYONE

not worship other god??? lol these rules are definitely made by humans not lord ... blindly believing whats said there . God will never feel jealous if you worship him or anyone ... he want to distribute love not divide ....get it?

  • @clubcooeeHelpline You need to be sure of your information sources.

  • When YOU die, I'll smile. :)

    Have a wonderful evening. xxx

    (Joking, don't cry.)

  • @liloedwards So will I...

  • We live under grace since Christ died, not the law!

  • Yes, however the Law is used to point the unsaved to Christ. We were saved from the consequences and power of sin, and to understand that, you need to understand what sin is.

Repentance is also required for salvation, and repentance (turning away from sin) can only be understood if sin is defined and understood.

Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men."

  • How to prepare for death? Live your life to its full extent, don't take shit off anyone, do exactly what you want as long as it doesn't directly hurt someone and when you're on your death bed, you can look back and say "Yeah, I had a good life, and I'm glad I didn't follow a religion and just did what was right by me and my own morals, not prehistoric ones" That's what I'll be doing, but hey do what makes you happy!

  • @infernalstinkmonkey thanks, that's actually a brilliant agrument =)

  • goddamit, i'm going to hell now.

seriously though, the best evidence we have points to no life after death at all.

death is defined as the loss of brainfunction (thats what the doctors told me anyways), and we know that the brain is the source of contiousness (if you dont believe me, try drinking a bottle of scotch) so if the brain stops working we are not contious anymore, and for life, you kinda need to be contious. hence, until further evidence, there's no need be believe in an afterlife.
