Sweet heli and nice flying!

your belt might be tight, but most likely you just need to put the blades on, the extra weight makes a lot of difference in how free the head looks.
-
I see, I already had the batteries charger, receiver and the rest of the assorted RC stuff do the cost for me was $400. So the TREX was a better buy, the blade is ok but not a patch on a trex. I just have to make sure I don'
t break it on maiden.

The Trex is a much better heli the only thing is the cheapest (reasonable) setup costs $800. My setup cost 1200, se v2 $400/dx7 $350 /401 150$/batteries + charger $250/9257 $50... So for $400 the blade is a good value. Another good value is the copterX, its exactly the same as a trex 450 v2 but it only costs 380 and the frame quality is better then align. Radio system is pretty basic tho...

The Trex is only £50 more and the build quality is in a different league, Friends have blades and they are just not as good.

Just get a blade 400, there very common and relly good. Plus they only cost 400-500 dollors

Hey, i have an mx-450 right now. I've gotten it together and have been testing the motor without the blades on yet. And I'v noticed that when the throttle is cut completely, the flybar and the head does keep its speed. In other words it slows down right away. I was wondering if u have had this problem. Does the barings need break in or does it need to be oiled? Or is there something wrong with it all together? Thanks

Hello,
the head slows down slower than the motor due to the one-way bearing in the main gear. That is normal and needed for autorotations.
The bearings do not need to break in. But use some oil on the main shaft to make the washout base move nice and smooth. Also use some oil on the tail slider.

looks good, are you using an eternal bec???

No external BEC is used. I am using the internal BEC of the Jazz ESC.
