I don't understand everyone's reactions. He's not attacking Woody Allen. He's patting him on the back for not being a Hollywood douche-bag slow-mo explosion movie maker. Hopefully the internet will eventually kill big budget films as we know it (via digital bootlegging making them unprofitable) and the only kinds of movies getting made will be small character driven clever films like Allen's. It might usher in a new golden age of film (tear).

I thought that he was funny and fairly articulate-long ago. Now it seems that he's pissed over the freedom of making a movie. Although he's quickly becoming a Michael Moore type of person it just sucks to listen to these ramblings. As time passes and his hair is rapidly changing seasons his bull is not. i see his point. the transformer movies gave me a headache. most of those type movies are shit. im not much of a woody allen fan but his movies has actors that have some depth and real range of emotion. at least theyre not cookie cutter b.s.
