Jawa 350 / 632 engine rebuild (PART TWO) Clutch /gearchange / kickstart

Now the crankshaft is fitted and crankcases together i've fitted crank seals and clutch , New primary chain aswell. Demonstrating clutch spring compresser tool for jawa c.z. & clutch centre locking tool for tightning clutch centre nut . Crankshaft seal fitting tool helps to drive crank seal in square without distorting it as these seals are only 8mm thick .
The jawa 350 / 632 is basicly a jawa 634 with jawa 638 alternater for 12 volt electrics , Loctite http://www.loctite.co.uk/cps/rde/xchg/henkel_uke/hs.xsl/fullproduct-list-loct...

I car'nt help myself l.o.l.

I enjoy tinkering in the shed it get's me out from under my wife's feet :-)

The m.z. project bike will start soon as the weather get's better and the c.z. is painted , i just wanted to get it running for now .

So the plan is finnish this engine and fit it back in bike ,then finnish painting on c.z. project ready for the road then i'll get stuck into the M.Z.

oh yeah the engine is strong but a lot of smoke but do not mind because it is a nice unit and has a very simple yet robust design and

I myself have been collecting antique motorcycles and think of buying a Jawa Twin Sport 350

The first fire up will be the proof of the pudding so to speak l.o.l.

Don't know about you but even after 30 years i still get a bit nervy as the approach to the first start is on the horizon l.o.l.

But at the same time im well looking forward to hearing it burst into life again :-)
