The guy is dropping into Table d'Orientation at the peak of Bellevarde - you can see the comms mast and Olympique downhill start hut. Easy to get to. No climbing required, just a walk up the metal stairs nicely provided for the purpose...

Not sure where abouts Tovier is, but I think it could be up past La Fornet, up the last valley where the road is in Summer, just down from the Glacier, if anyone follows? Near the bottom of a lonely green pomma.
